Shipping and Returns
We offer delivery across the UK. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders over £50 qualify for free UK standard shipping where applicable.
For oversized, pallet, or other non-standard deliveries, please contact us for a shipping estimate before ordering.
Collection is available by prior appointment from:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bakingpaper.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance and ask you to contact us at sales@bakingpaper.com or call out support service number at 01992 702470.
Standard no-fault returns
- Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
- Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
- The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on BakingPaper.com premises.
- Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
- Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
- Bakingpaper.com will endeavour to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receipt of the return.
Returns for unwanted items
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending it back so we can issue return instructions. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Where products are sold in full pack quantities, returns must be made in full pack quantities.
Unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Goods remain your responsibility until received by us.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for bespoke, custom printed, or personalised products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method in line with our policy and applicable law.
How to start a return
Please email sales@bakingpaper.com with:
- your order number
- the items you want to return
- the reason for return
- photos, if the goods are damaged or incorrect
